INTRODUCTION This
web site was originally developed to display a selection of photographs taken
during a three month trip around South-East Asia and Nepal but has grown to include other trips around New Zealand. For me photography is a means of taking home a memory, a story, or an experience shared with good friends in a range of different environments. I always make a special effort to frame and compose an image in a way that provides instant recall of emotions and feelings at a later point in time.
Ansel Adams said "A great photograph is a full expression of what one feels about what is being photographed in the deepest sense, and is, a true expression of what one feels about life in its entirety." My choice of subjects reflect my passion for the natural wilderness environment, travel and adventure in every sense of the word.
